To Change a new ETRAC customer:
Log into ETRAC Administration at http://apps.etrac.net/
Select Carrier Administration (see below)
User Name is forestgate1
Password is forestgate
In Section 1, you can:
- Manually Add/Change/Delete a customer's POINTS
- Reload points from COPS
- Control what vehicle types are available to the etrac customer
- Control what service types the etrac customer can use
Under the Order Entry tab, click on Modify Site.
Select the Account Number and click Modify:
You will see this (below):
- Simply click on Submit to reload points from COPS
- The Address Book allows you add/change/delete eTrac points
- Vehicle and Service types allow you to control what is available to
this specific customer.
In Section 2, you can:
Change the etrac customers address/phone/email, etc.
Click on eTrac Acct and Select Modify:
Select an account:
Edit the info and click on Submit:
Now, click on Customer and select Modify
Then, just click on the first Select button (which is our company number)
.. then pull the tab down to select the correct accountClick on Modify and you will see something like below:
At eTrac Account Name (above), click on the downward arrow and select the
account that is being updated.Warning: Do not over look the last field (just above Submit Customer [below]).
If this field is blank, select the account number that is being updated.Click on Submit Customer and Section 2 is complete
In Section 3, you can:
- Change the following user login information
- Person's Name
- User Name
- Password
- Phone Number
- Email address
To do this, click on eTrac Acct, Logins, Modify (see below):
Then, select account:
Then, select the User:
Then edit and save (Submit).
