To Delete an ETRAC account:
Log into ETRAC Administration at http://apps.etrac.net/
Select Carrier Administration (see below)
User Name is forestgate1
Password is forestgate
Click on Customer then Delete ...
.. just click on the first

which is our company number,
then you will see the Select Customer
screen below:
Click on the account to be deleted (above) and you will see this:

Verify account number is correct, then click on

You will get a confirmation screen.
Then, click on eTrac Acct , Logins , Delete :
Then, click on the account to delete and then
click on

You will then see the
Name and
UserName to be
deleted. Confirm
and click on

Confirm and Click
IF THERE MORE THAN 1 LOGIN FOR
THIS CUSTOMER, DELETE
THEM ALL BEFORE CONTINUING.
Click on eTrac Acct then Delete .
Then select the account from
the drop down list and click on
Confirm account info, then
click on
Click on Order Entry , then Delete Site
Select the account number to be deleted
and click
You will get a few more obvious questions, then exit eTrac Admin.
FASTPATH to RPSITE
Enter the customer's information
Enter the Customer Number at Site ID
Confirm and Press F9 to delete.
You will see this:
Enter Y and Press ENTER
