PRINT TICKETS FOR A CUSTOMER

FASTPATH to SETFEAT

• Select Printer #4: "SALES PRINTER"
   
• at CPI enter 17.1 (Characters per inch)
   
• at LPI enter 6 (Lines per inch)
   
• at LPP enter 21 (Lines per page)
  
  Listen for printer to FormFeed, it may take several minutes
  if the printer has been idle for a while.
  
  If the printer fails to respond (this happens). Look for the
  connector in the back of the printer for the square blue
  box on the left side. Unhook the power cable at its bottom,
  wait 10 seconds. Then, rerun SETFEAT.

FASTPATH to BOLPR

• Enter Customer Number or Press F3 to select by Name
   
• Enter Sequence Number or Press F3 to see available
  ticket layouts. THIS IS ALMOST ALWAYS 1, but Six B
  Labels is 2 (special layout).
   
• Line up the Print Head (see red dot below)
  
  
   
• Enter Number of Tickets to print.
   
• Enter Y at Test Print?
   
• Select printer #4 and print
   
• If test lines up properly, select printer 4 and print tickets.
  BUT, be close to printer to feed the tickets through and
  watch the alignment and press SELECT on the printer
  when the alignment creeps up, turn the adjustment knob,
  then press SELECT again to resume printing till done.
   

CREATE CUSTOMER TICKET LAYOUT OR NEW SEQUENCE:

FASTPATH to BOLS and fill out the fields as in below example:

Notice that all of the address must go into the second line. The information in Addr-2 and Addr-3
is not printed on the ticket. Also the information on line Room/Phn and To See/Zone is not
printed (it is just for screen reference). What is printed is:

Name, Addr-1 and Ct/St/Zp
