To activate Radmin Server
----------------------------------------------------
1. Access Radmin Server options; the 'Settings for Radmin Server' window will be displayed.
2. Click the 'Enter License' button; the 'License Code' window will be displayed.
3. Enter the license code into the 'Enter License Code' field and click the OK button.
 
If the activation is successful, an information window will display 'License Code is Saved' and the license record will appear in the 'License Information' list.
 
If the entered license is invalid, an information window will display 'Invalid license code'.
 
If the computer does not have an active Internet connection, an information window will display 'Cannot Connect to the Activation Server'. In this case the activation code can be transferred to it from any Radmin Viewer installed on a computer with an active Internet connection by following the instructions below.
 
1. Add a phonebook record for the computer with the target Radmin Server installed.
2. Right-click on the record to display the Record context menu.
3. Choose the 'License Code Transfer' menu item.
4. Enter the login and password to access the Radmin Server security settings; The 'License Request' window will be displayed.
5. Click on the 'Enter License' button; the 'License Code' window will be displayed.
6. Enter the license code into the 'Enter License Code' field and click the OK button.
 
If the entered license is invalid, an information window will display 'Invalid license code'.
 
If no computers have internet connection you can manually activate Radmin Server. See Radmin help for details.

Activation troubleshooting
----------------------------------------------------
List of problems that can arise during activation:
 
1. 'Invalid license code'
License code entered is not valid. Make sure you have entered it correctly. Try to use copy-paste
 
2. 'Cannot connect to activation server'
Radmin Server was unable to communicate with Famatech Activation Server on the internet. Make sure that you have active internet connection and it is configured correctly to allow outgoing HTTP request (TCP port 80). Make sure that your network, firewall and router settings are correct.
 
If internet connection is not available use 'remote activation' or 'manual activation'. Step-by-step instructions are available in program help.
