HOW TO VERIFY THAT ETRAC IS UP OR DOWN:

FIRST TEST:

Navigate to centralcourier.com and select ENTER ORDER

Use UserName: CCC

Password; 5555

If eTrac comes up, test one was a success.

SECOND TEST:

Enter valid addresses and service type and ask for a quote.

When eTrac is down, it almost always fails here.

FINAL TEST:

If you continue to get complaints. Enter a fake order and send it through. If it goes through,
then at least our server chain is up. If it fails for someone else when it did not fail for us, one
or more sections (servers) in the US are down. What server links a customer uses is determined
by their internet provider.

Go to http://centralcourier.com and click on Enter Order:

Then, enter UserName of CCC and Password 5555

Next, enter an Order and request a quote. To insure that you
get a quote, enter a valid zip-code in the FROM and TO cities
(not in the Zip-Code fields).

If you get a quote, then eTrac is up.

If customer continues to  complain, send a fake order through...
