The Folders:
Inbox : contains about 1,800 emails, dating back to
2004. This folder should be check twice an hour every day.new etracs : this folder contains a single email to be
called up, edited and forwarded to new etrac users.dvd-card requests : this folder is a history of who has
asked for DVDs, movies, meals.keys : this folder contains software keys and passwords.
JOE, JOEL and RON call reports : these three folders contain
about 19,000 emails spanning several years. This is a backup
to our call report system and is of little use as long as the main
system is functioning.The other folders are pretty self-explanatory.
