CBeyond is responsible for centralcourier.com and its
DNS. The DNS points the text: centralcourier.com to a
Web Address. Presently our address is: 161.58.0.239.

Several things can cause a website to go down:

1. The SERVER holding our website software goes
   down due to power failure, weather, lines down, etc.
    
2. The DNS Server goes down/crashes
    
3. A section or sections of the worldwide web goes
   down.

It is CBeyond's job to find what happened and correct the
problem (if possible) as quickly as possible.

Sometimes the web hosting server will supply the wrong
time to our software. Presently, it is Greenwich Mean Time
or GMT, our software has to adjust that for Central Time,
which is to subtract 6 hours from that clock.

Step 2: Click on Enter Order

If it displays the After Hours page when it is not after hours,
the system clock is wrong.
